ABSTRACT

This study is important for understanding more about the personality and criminal behavior, explaining how characteristics of thinking and perception situations personal interact with the environment admitted to crime. Literature: the main focus in this section is to understand how literature tells us about psychopathic behaviors and criminals (main priority) Demographics: Using demographics that will give into a possible new light on understanding these people (normal population, higher crime rates with those born in winter or summer solstice), which can also be an apparent feature of what we believe/ perceive as criminal behavior. This will also involve a review of law enforcement and criminal rehabilitation agencies to document additional traits that can be observed in the early stages of criminals. It is to be hoped that the main hypothesis will provide information which people are characterized by psychopathic traits in respect to crime — another direct development from empirical literature, other than the current sample. The current article examines whether personality traits are predictive of future recidivism by examining the relationship between criminal behaviour and personality traits.
